Our company was established in 2004 as a subsidiary of Metis Holding. We broadened our services network in 2008 and have been providing value added call center services At our high technology equipped call centers in Kayseri, and different customer locations in Kayseri, İstanbul, İzmir.

As the first and single call center operating in a town in Turkey, with more than 50 million TL revenue and provides employment to more than 1.500 employees.

With our 2 modern buildings, we are meeting our clients’ both technological and social needs 7/24 through all communication channels.

We are providing customer specific solutions through our broad experience, gained with our call center operations in the finance, energy and telecommunication sectors. Our continuously developing technological infrastructure allows us to offer tailor made solutions to the requirements of our clients.

Beside call center services, Desmer has a great experience on CRM. We are the Silver Partner of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and developing solutions since 2011. Most of the Electric Utility companies use Desmer’s solution – Destech Utilities Solution Suit – for customer experience management and field teams operation management.
