Our performance department is composed of a team of 4 persons. Performance calculation is grouped in two categories namely Daily Performance and Periodical Performance.

Daily Performance: Business results, based on the day before as well as the previous days, constitute the monthly results. Premiums are determined based on monthly performances.

Periodical Performance: Monthly performances constitute periodical performance. It is composed of a single period or 6 month period results. The first step to a career starts with periodical performances. The minimum standard we expect is the “successful” level; extraordinary successful being the maximum. Our performance ranking is as follows:

  • Unsuccessful
  • Successful
  • High Flayer
  • Extraordinary Successful

Our minimum expectations from our staff is “ level B”.
